Hogart Financial eStatements

The Hogart e-Statements programme is a complete application that allows advanced control over the process of generating files in the XML format with validation of loading, processing and generating data. Hogart e-Statements is also a repository of generated and transferred data for control, together with the option of recalling, browsing, filtering and grouping.

Reporting System:

• Downloads data from MS SQL views or xls files and loads them into the repository with pdf attachments
• Processes data, validates against xsd schemas and prepares XML messages in accordance with the MF specification
• Allows data viewing
• Signs files with a certificate
• Sends xml messages to the KAS portal (webservices) or prepares data for e-KRS, in accordance with the formal requirements of MF
• Registers and allows review of generated reports, sent messages, received responses
• Archives the sent data and allows viewing it
• Allows sending corrected versions of already sent financial statements
• Receives feedback from the sending gate, if available
• Records events in logs
