The system will automatically perform cyclical verifications of counterparties or active VAT taxpayers. Dear Sirs, We are pleased to announce that from 1.07.2017 will be available for sale a new additional module for the application Hogart_JPK automation the process of checking the VAT status of counterparties in JPK_VAT. With this solution, the system will automatically perform cyclical verification of the counterparty database, connecting to the Ministry portal and performing the status verification. VAT-VIP taxable person on the basis of his tin identification number. The result of the verification will be saved in the database and presented in a report form. The full verification history will be saved on the system with the ability to view it. Thanks to this solution, the user can easily find all counterparties not registered as a taxable person VAT or exempt or those whose status has just changed. The System automatically for taxpayers checks whether their counterparties are active VAT payers, records in the database The verification results, stores the complete verification history of each day, allows you to browse, search, sort and group Data that is of interest to us and generates prints. With the Hogart module active taxpayer The system will inform you about the current status of your counterparty. According to the guidelines of the Ministry are possible three statuses:

• Subject to the given tax ID, NIP is not registered as VAT payer
• Entity with the given tax ID, tin is registered as a taxable person for VAT active
• Entity with the given tax ID NIP is registered as a taxpayer VAT exempt

An option is also planned to automatically prepare applications for a certificate from the Tax Office confirming the status of the taxpayer. The solution presented will be available from 1.07.2017. The implementation requires a one-day visit to prepare the opening balance sheet for the module, as well as launching the first verification, what we encourage today. Deployment scenario:

• First visit to prepare BO (already accepted bookings for the month of June)
• Another visit to perform installation work, module parameterization and test run by Hogart Consultant
• Third and last visit to carry out training and assistance during the production run
